The staff were wonderful. The nice lady in the breakfast area was very nice the 2 week days I had breakfast. Now the bad. The plastic cutlery was horrendous. They were so flimsy, small, and malformed that they were almost impossibe to use.

We needed to book two stays given problems flying out of and back into London last week. We had not stayed at the property before. We had very odd early morning arrival hours and were texting the property staff with updates. They were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms we had were both very clean and comfortable. The staff arranged for a slightly later checkout today as we arrived at the property at 5:30 AM and they extended the check out until 12:30 pm which was appreciated. The breakfast area is really nice and the food choices for hot and cold choices were great. Thank you for making our complicated trip a bit less complicated! Front desk staff were both very professional and prompt, and worked to help us given our situation.

The staff were all kind and accommodating. The pet room we booked was a bit tired ( worn) but I understand that not all pet owners are as meticulous as we are about leaving the room tidy.

Weekend away

We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and choose a king room. About a week or so before our stay we got a message that said only queen rooms were pet friendly. This information was not on the website. So i called to see what we could do and we either had to cancel and book the queen or pay an additional 60 clenaing fee to stay in the non pet friendly room. Needless to say i was not paying that. I just think they should make it more clear to customers. Overall the room was nice, spacious and fairly clean. The free breakfast was very good and lots of options. The pool was nice as well. Would stay again.

Great hotel. The staff was amazing, from check in, breakfast buffet to the cleaning staff. Comfortable beds, most wonderful breakfast and we loved the pool. Great spot to bring kids too.
