The front desk staff were not overly helpful with suggestions of places to eat. The rooms are very small and the water in the shower was not hot. It was right across from Hyde Park and very close to transit. The breakfast had lots of options and the breakfast staff were LOVELY!!!

Very pleasant stay overall. The highlight was definitely the breakfast: excellent quality, a great selection, and especially friendly and attentive staff, which made a big difference. The room itself was okay. It was comfortable enough for the stay, though nothing particularly stood out. The only downside, and the reason for not giving five stars, was the shower. The water pressure was quite weak, and the temperature was inconsistent, often only lukewarm or even cold, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the overall experience was great, offering good value, and it would be a place to happily stay again. Wonderful location.
