This hotel had an old time feel with rooms that felt like you were in an Ikea display. It was very convenient to Hyde Park and many restaurants. You can walk to lots of places from here or use the Kensington Gate or Paddington tube. The front desk was very helpful. This will be a repeat.

Great location. Wonderful staff. The only problem I faced was with the shower. Granted it was on the 5th floor but the water pressure was terrible. I hope they're able to fix it before my next visit.

The property is in a great location, comfy bed and very friendly staff. However, we paid for a queen room and ended up in a double cosy room. Cosy was definitely the word, bed up against the wall on one side and at the end. Didn’t see there was any point in complaining after we checked in as the hotel was fully booked. Raised it the next day and they agreed nothing could have been done. Also room late for checking in, but we were offered a free drink in the bar and free breakfast.

Got a good night’s sleep

Small but cozy room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Clean and quiet. Good location. Near Paddington Station. Many restaurants close by. Large and well decorated lobby area with lots of seating. Good water pressure in the shower. I was only here for one night between cities, so did not try most of the hotel amenities.

Fantastic stay for event

Only had one night but wish it was longer. Great location, round the corner from the park. Staff really friendly and a courtesy call checking room was ok, which dose make a difference. Breakfast was superb. look forward to booking here again x

The location is very convenient to the Tube, Paddington and Hyde Park. There are a number of restaurants close by. Be advised that if they have a plumbing issue, you should demand a new room right away as they were unable to correct an issue we had, with repeated inquiries. A shower with no hot water is unacceptable.

A good option, good location, clean, friendly and

Lovely friendly but efficient welcome from staff, big room (for London), with a window that opens, fully functional aircon, and a decent shower. Only thing I’d change is newer pillows!
