At first i thought the lack of an inhouse restaurant would bother me but worked really well. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious & well designed/furnished. The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay.
