The stay was great and easy. A perfect small room for my 1 night stay in a lovely part of London, very close to Paddington. Would deffo stay there again.
The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay.
Comfortable and quiet room, with a good shower. Both eat-out breakfast options are good. Overall, good value for money and in a good location, not far from Paddington Station.
Clean, simple, Euro style small hotel. There is a friendly front desk person and small lobby cafe. Safe and quiet street close to bus, Underground transit, and shops, and just a couple blocks from Kensington Park.

Yes, very tidy on arrival. Amenities good, reception area very impressive and welcoming.
However, tea/coffee was not replenished during 3 day stay and no milk at all.
Location is I deal with easy access to transportation and shops/restaurants.
The room was cozy and outfitted with necessary amenities of good quality.
The building was recently acquired by Bob W and renovations were ongoing but the hotel was clean, perfectly functional and habitable, and the atmosphere welcoming and comfortable.
My room was slightly overly warm overnight but opening the window for a little while usually corrected the temperature imbalance.
Amazing room with views of London (can't guarantee that all will have a view like mine, of course). Simple yet lovely café downstairs. Really nice vibe! And the best thing? Minutes' walk from Hyde Park.
I can also recommend an awesome little café 2 mins down the road called "Foreign Exchange" — excellent coffee and cakes!

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights, and enjoyed early morning walk in the Kensington Gardens. Fantastic location. The only very minor improvement to be made is that there were no milk for coffee or tea in the room, and the receptionist said they don't put milk in the room because they go off. We couldn't have a cuppa in the room as a result. Despite that, we will definitely stay again!
Convenient place to stay, Kensington Gardens across the road. 8 minute walk from Queensway tube station (Central Line) 12 minute walk from Paddington. Shops and cafes nearby. clean room good shower. No reception, but quick response to email/messaging services. Free luggage storage lockers are available. Note: not explained in booking - if booking through a third party, e.g. Expedia, door release code is not given until payment has gone through. This is normally on the morning of the booking rather than 24 hour before as shown.

The idea is good but the speed of your website is so slow. Connecting by phone is a nightmare
The hotel was as described. We purchased the breakfast package and we're happy that we did. We did not get a chance to use the gym. Hotel staff was extremely professional, and helpful. If you are ok with walking 2-15 minutes, you can get to any train or bus needed. We were coming and going all hours of the morning/night to catch the bus and we encountered no issues on the streets.
When cleaning was done it was not thorough, coffee and tea supplies are not restocked, the heat is centrally controlled so we had to keep the windows open to have the room some what comfortable.

Noise above our room was ridiculous so no real sleep for two nights. Reported to team who tried but could not move us until our third night. Staff were helpful but managements offer (when pressed) of compensation was insulting in its amount and showed a complete lack of regard for the customer service it sells itself on. I hope no-one else has a similar experience.
