Good sized rooms. Great proximity to Victoria station - about a 5 minute walk. We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with our stay. Management even had our suitcases brought to our room which was great since we were up a couple of flights of stairs.

A pleasant stay. Nice room in GF which is well kept. The location is close to the Victorian station, but not a very busy neighborhood. A couple of things need to be aware. The reception is in a different location, and the room is not soundproof enough against the hallway noise.

Liked: the new clean decor, the helpful staff who carried my suitcase up narrow stairs to the 2nd floor. There was a great choice of nearby restaurants & shops. Bower House is a 5 min walk from Victoria Coach Sation & 15 min walk from Victoria Station & Tube. Didnt like: the steep narrow staircase (Original Victorian Staircase carpeted), no air-con for the hotter weather, long hairs found in the bathroom, the toilet had been used & not flushed. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs

The room was nice but the WiFi didn’t work in my room. The front desk said they were sending someone to fix it. They also gave me the wrong key and we walked into the wrong room. The manager was nice and brought our bags into our room.
