DO NOT STAY HERE! Where to start.. leaking walls, smell of sewage in the hallway, construction work (right outside the apartment door) creating so much noise, white powder on all our clothes from the construction work, had no hot water the first day, had a construction worker vaping right next to the elevator, the door to the apartment has visible screws - someone could break in with just a Philips screwdriver! Honestly there’s more but I tried to get a refund once I knew the condition of the place and they was not going to give it to me. Shame on both Bright Apartments and Expedia. -10 out 10, the only nice part was the location but that gets drowned out by the noise that’s going on inside and outside the building.
DO NOT STAY HERE. AND DO NOT USE EXPEDIA. Terrible experience. So much noise at night and no AC. The place is a mess, there was literal water running down the wall in the hallway. Go anywhere but here. Tried to cancel and they refuse to refund!
The apartment has been recently remodeled, up-to-date appliances, furniture beds, comfortable. located near the subway. the negative about the apartment was the amount of street noise that keeps you up at night.
Do not book this place! The entire building is under construction with dust all over. There is a lot of damage inside the unit to floors, cabinets, doors, etc. We flushed one of the toilets and water started spurting out of the sink in the kitchen. We did not feel safe as a family of five people and had to find a different hotel in the area which costs us a lot of money. The photos of the unit online make it look much nicer than it is but do not be deceived.
Do not stay here! Locks were changed while we were out! Not safe!

The location is different than the one indicated on hotel.com so make sure to ask for the exact address before you set off. There weren't any towels or pillow covers and the WiFi wasn't particularly good (couldn't watch BBC iPlayer for example). Could be a nice place if these things would be sorted out.
The building itself isn't done yet but the flat is nice. I just wish they set up the sofa as a bed to accommodate the 4 person guest. Aboveall, t'was good experience.
The only good thing was the gentleman that came to let me into the unit, and he had to bring pillow cases and tissue, there were no pillow cases on the pillows. When I contacted support, I was told that the unit wasn’t ready yet because the cleaning person was going to come, however the unit was still in the same position when I got back. Thankfully the gentleman brought me pillow cases and tissue. The unit had mold on the ceiling, the walls were very dirty and covered in marks and had huge grease stains and splatters in the kitchen. There was construction going on in the building which made getting in and out hazardous. Again support said someone was coming to clean but no one appeared, they were aware of the unit’s condition but made excuses or just apologized. I asked for a refund because I did not feel comfortable or safe. This is a very misleading property and false advertisement. I should’ve read other reviews on other booking sites, I would not recommend this place at all. I definitely did not feel safe or comfortable staying here.
Hotel was falsely advertised, looked nothing like the pictures. Place still looked like it was undergoing construction. Cables and wires hanging off the ceiling, and the room we was supposed to get, somebody was already living in it. We didn’t feel safe staying there because it looks like all the people working here had access to ever room and could just walk in.
