City break on room only basis in a twin room . Fab base for sightseeing. Nearest tube is Queensway(central line) and a few more steps is Bayswater (circular line ) . No faults with the hotel and would stay again
What a wonderful find ! Lovely and modern, clean and quiet. Just a 15 minute walk from Paddington Station on a side street close to Hyde Park which made it very peaceful. We were able to drop our bags off early as we had travelled by train on the sleeper and could go out and explore. Our daughter joined us later that day and i had told them.of this when I booked and they put her on our floor close by which was very accommodating . Breakfast was very good in taste and value ! Recommended
nice clean hotel, good service, good location. Minor gripe: no tissues in room. Small room, no room to put luggage. would be nice if there were a folding luggage rack.
A small, but professionally run hotel within walking distance of two underground stations, and a 45 minute walk to the city centre.
Decent choice and reasonably priced breakfast.
Quite quiet surroundings, and with Hyde Park just opposite, it’s a very nice and safe area to walk around.
Stay was pleasant enough and bed pretty comfortable, but room was very small and difficult to move around or store luggage for 2 people.

Cute boutique hotel in Paddington. Room was small. Beds were comfy with nice pillows and pretty curtains. They could use new decorative pillows though, as they were shabby. Room was clean. My least favorite part was that the room was in the basement and the basement hallway had an awful smell, like they used a strong deodorizer to cover something up. Thank goodness the room didn't have that smell or I would have complained and asked for a different room. The front desk staff was amazing and the room was okay, so I give it 4 stars. It would have been 5 if not for the hallway odor.
What a gem! A boutique hotel in a quiet and lovely area of London. Right on the edge of Kensington Gardens. The hotel is tastefully decorated, comfortable & convenient for exploring. The staff all super polite & helpful.
The added bottle of water & toiletries were a nice touch.
We would thoroughly recommend & will certainly stay again.
