Better than anticipated

You can’t get much closer to St Pancras station for the Eurostar if you tried. Reception was quick and friendly. The room is small but functional, although it doesn’t have air conditioning it does come with a small fan, street and neighbour noise was minimal. Kings Cross accommodation has gotten incredibly expensive and had we not been booked on a 6am train we would have stayed somewhere kinder to the wallet. Overall it was a good experience.

Great Hotel, perfect for what we wanted. Central location to where we wanted to be in London, only a couple of minutes walk from the tube station. The room was spacious, very clean and the staff and reception staff lovely. Perfect, no frills hotel, will definately stay again when in the area.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y bastante limpio lo cual se agradece pues en este tipo de viajes lo que haces es llegar solo a dormir. Es muy pequeño y el baño compartido también, pero al estar limpio no es tan terrible compartirlo.

Quaint and clean. Friendly staff. Convenient to tube and train. Tea & coffee available in room. Good water pressure, plenty hot. About the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in, but the bed was good and really that’s all I needed.

Great location and friendly staff, BUT beware building is right on top of picadilly train line and you can feel and hear the train every 5 minutes or less, at least that was the case in our room and reception said it was true for every room when we asked about moving to a different room. Also room was ridiculously small barely room to walk between the 2 beds pushed against the walls

Good budget hotel

It is a budget hotel and it is absolutely fine. My room was small but had what I needed. It isn't the Ritz but good value for what I paid. Very convenient for st pancras and kings cross

Never take room 3.

Hotel is the best location for KingsCross.. However I got room number 3 which is literally a cupboard.. never seen so small and silly room. It was clean though.. but I will choose another hotel next time, based on the laughable size of the room. The hairdrayer next to the bed on the wall, was comical.

Close to Train Service

We were going on a day trip to Paris that left early on Eurorail. This hotel was very close to the station and places to eat. We had a nice stay at the hotel.

Great value and convenience location

The location was convenient for travel, and we had a fantastic time staying at the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room matched the images we saw online, which were an accurate representation. Although there was some noise from the busy street outside, we still felt safe and comfortable at night. Overall, this hotel is a great budget-friendly option for a short stay.

Very friendly reception which made us feel welcolm. Given keys for front door for late return as no reception later on an evening. Room was for 3 adults and was tiny with very little floor space to move around. Bathroom ok but very small and cramped. Room was described as ground floor but staircase and tight corridoor to struggle through with suitcases.(nice guy off reception did try to help). Double bed was small for 3 adults and bedding did not feel crisp clean. Great location for Kings Cross and othwr transport.

It was a stones throw away from kingscross, so convenient and easy to explore from. The staff were polite and friendly. I was on the second floor but the man on the desk when I arrived very kindly took my case up for me as there is no lift. The room very small but very clean. A thing I have not always found in larger establishments.The bed was really comfortable. It was good to have tea and coffee facilities. It felt very safe.

This hotel was such a great find! So close to St Pancras/Kings Cross stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and the property is well kept. Would absolutely stay there again.
