Very centrally located in the middle of Angel, close to the Tube and many shops and restaurants. The apartment was as described and had everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The check in process directions were very clear and easy. It was quite noisy from the street and market, but got a lot quieter after about 10pm.

Location was great - heaps of groceries stores right outside and really close to the bus and tube. The apartment was clean and spacious which I liked and good water pressure in the shower. Cons - the bed was quite hard and the shower leaked on the floor (one time flooding into the main room, luckily I had spare towels). It’s also not sound proof so if this is an issue bring ear plugs as it can be loud at night with sirens and people shouting, it’s also NOT accessible for someone with a physical disability (I’m recovering from a broken femur and had to drag my suitcase up 3 flights of very narrow stairs to get to my room which was not ideal)

The location is unbeatable in the heart of Islington/Angel. Literally two steps from the Chapel Market, within a block from Angel Central. Shops, market street, restaurants, cafes and pubs all around, everything and more than one could expect within a minute's walk. The room was very clean on arrival. Large showhead was wonderful. Wifi worked, all necessary basic services present. Enough space to feel like a home away from home. For once a place which matched and even exceeded expectations. A very enjoyable stay.

Honestly such a convenient and accessible property in the middle of Angel/Islington. <100m from the underground station and about a 15m walk to Kings Cross, the larger station for overground transit. One note - does not have air conditioning in-unit (tends to be common in the UK) but it does have a fan and I found that super useful.

Very clean and nicely organized, easy to check in and out. The only downside was the smell of paint (or some other similar chemical) in the room. It's also a bit noisy, but that's just the area, not the apartment's fault.

One small issue, the welcome info should state that the door to 46A is between M & S and a Nail Spa which would of saved me wasting 10 mins and a phone call ! Other than that a very pleasant place to stay so close to Angel Tube…ideal for concerts at Union Chapel !

Great, but…

Lovely location, very clean accommodation. The TV did not work, there is a lot of traffic noise and you can hear the person upstairs walking around so if you’re a light sleeper it won’t work (I’m not so it was fine for me), and there was no milk though all other ingredients for tea and coffee were that, that just made me so sad :(

Bad stuff first - the noise from the street was incredible. I had to check if there were windows open (there weren't). I've stayed in a few of these serviced apartments as they suit my needs. This is the only one where noise has been a problem. The bed was rock hard, so uncomfortable. Get a mattress topper please! Lots of light coming in round the blinds. All in all slept terribly Good stuff - the shower was great. Rainfall head, good pressure, good temperature. Had a Nespresso machine. Had a few toiletries in the bathroom.

Unbelievably shoddy Customer Experience

The way they position their emails and communicate is an absolute shambles. None of the marketing images match the location apart from ONE. Which is hidden amongst a PLETHORA ofbtoo many check in/out, unnecessary information gathering. It's genuinely one of the worst customer experiences I've experienced (and CX is a topic I teach for thousands the world over) I will use this onstage at conference for the rest of time about how NOT to create welcoming experiences The flat itself is perfect for a weekend in London, location, cleanliness etc. The shower was designed by a moron thom No ability turn it on without being IN it - ergo freezing blast before the warmth comes through. I was like a Morpheus in the corner of the roof fighting Agent Smith, rather than casually flicking it on. The Door can be placed to open outward so easily. Lunacy. Trying to find the code for the key box and front door was nigh on impossible due to the utterly unnecessary stack of emails. Being "checked out" a whole day before I'd even arrived was deeply concerning, such that I went and found alternative accomodation whilst waiting for clarification to that my stay was still booked Worst of all, it's all unnecessary. You don't need any of the data I inputted because I made it ALL up and still got sent a keybox code. Which now feels suspicious. Do not give them your passport or any other details after booking 🙏 It was clean, comfortable but everything else is at best a disaster. Or fraud.

Decent Stay at Modern Apartment

Overall the accommodation was good. However, it is extremely noisy and because there is a market unfortunately you can hear everything outside. The sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable and downstairs of the flat was extremely cold regardless of the heating being on. I would recommend in the winter months not to rely on the floor heating but rather to provide guests with a small heater. The bedroom was the complete opposite as once the heating was on then it was too hot. We tried to adjust the thermal stat and unfortunately the only solution would be to open the door as. There should be better instructions with the heating and triple glazing the windows as this took away from the trip. The heating might just be an issue if you are in the top floor flat which was were I stayed. Otherwise I would stay here again and i would recommend for a short business trip., however please can you ensure you bring your own shower gel as the apartment only provide enough for one wash.

All around excellent 1 bedroom apartment

Excellent apartment finished to a high standard. Only thing missing was a dish washer. Very efficient under floor heating with good WiFi and comfortable furniture. Loads of good options for buying food to cook or restaurants to choose from. Great location right in the middle of shopping and street market yet apartment was surprisingly quiet with great little balcony. Cleaner was very accommodating allowing me to check out at 11.30am as I had requested Overall a top drawer option if you want the option of being able to cook or eat out while staying in a solid, well appointed apartment.
