Your review raised some very concerning points, I appreciate you bringing them to our attention. I was disappointed to read that we failed you in numerous areas, please accept my sincere apologies for the problems you experienced during your stay. I will personally take up the issues that you have raised, to ensure they are rectified. Your experience does not reflect the high standards of service we endeavour to provide, but you could have asked our reception team to change your room which they could have done immediately.
