Style over substance, with no heart

Perfectly fine, but lacked any human connection. Check-in is akin to a supermarket self checkout. Room promises hi tech functionality - but nothing which actually adds real value to the customer experience (and at worse detracts from it). Didn’t get it right for me, over promises and under-delivered but perhaps I’m not its target audience

One night in London.

We were in London for the London winter 10k run on 23/02/25 and stayed at this hotel. The hotel was really nice. Clean, comfortable and has a great bar area. The rooms are nice too with views of London. I'd definitely stay here again.
