I had a very pleasant stay at Club Quarters Hotel in London. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy—perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long night at a gig. What really stood out was the staff; everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was great although the restaurant atmosphere was quite formal and not very relaxed. Great location, great service—I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London!

Birthday treat

Check in on the 28th June at 4pm was fantastic, the young man was very helpful and polite, the room was a bit on the small side but nevertheless it was very nice, breakfast was a bit hit and miss, the scramble egg was dry and the hash browns were nonexistent, i paid for a late checkout however i received an email to check out at 12pm, i informed a member of staff who said not to worry, then the housekeeper knocked on the door letting herself in before i could answer, communication between staff needs improvements

Good location

2 night stay. I asked for an upper floor and they accommodated. We could hear the noises outside on a Saturday night unfortunately. The room was on the smaller side but we weren't in it much. The direct USB charging outlet next to the bed didn't work. The WiFi didn't work for us the first night. Great location. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Clean. Eco friendly as well. The towels could have been softer. A bit rough. The bed was comfortable. The TV was large. The ice machine was in the basement which was a bit weird.

Excellent hotel disappointing room .

Hotel is lovely, only downfall was stayed there about 25 times over last 2 year and this room was disappointing. Have had great rooms in past . Had praised hotel to the wife so many times , and the 1 time i take her . Yep let down .
