Excellent location, comfortable spacious clean room. Quiet. Only downside is that we need to book for two nights minimum. Service is very much minimum but everything is available. Recommended for a weekend London stay, or business trip.

Great location in the shadow of St.Pauls Cathedral. close to all transport links/lots of places to eat. Hotel staff were welcoming. Room/bathroom is small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Everything very clean. Breakfast included in price which makes a pleasant change and offers good value for money. Would stay again and recommend

First off the good points: location is great, in front of St Paul Cathedral; bedding is comfortable and the pillows have good support; like the design of the space-saving of the desk with a hidden mirror (a thumb’s up to the interior designer). Now the unacceptable: there is a thermostat on the wall but it is not operable. Therefore room temperature cannot be controlled from the room (imagine a hot day or a cold day); broken toilet seat; no housekeeping service was provided even tho we left the room before 9:45 am; the most expensive item was missing from the snack tray which we had to inform the front desk to avoid being charged (11 items altogether); late check-out would cost you at least £12 additional. This place is not worth the price that they charge!

The room was poorly sound proofed. You could hear everything from cars in the street, people shouting and the bells from St Pauls cathedral ringing every hour. They did move me to a quieter room for the second night and it was quiet. Staff were aware the rooms are noisy yet still charge high end prices and do not tell you that sleep will be minimal in these rooms!!!
