I stopped here for an overnight stay while returning from the U.S., continuing my journey eastward. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, with a clean, modern atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was included, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the hot meal since it wasn’t available before 7 AM due to Victoria Day. As a hotel catering to travelers, I believe holiday schedules shouldn’t impact essential services. Aside from that, everything else was great.

We had no hot water in our room. Stayed here in the fall and had the same problem. Was hoping it was fixed because the staff is so nice and the rooms are clean and nice.

Great for a pit stop

Lovwly hotel in a great location beside the highway. Lots of restaurants around to grab a bite. Plus they had snacks in the lobby for purchase and a free hot breakfast that was great. They had a good size mini fridge and microwave. The room was clean and comfortable. Strong AC. Lots of pillows. TV had a lot of stations, too. Friendly enough staff.

Microwave and washroom were dirty . Boil water advisory came on after I arrived. They did not tell anybody. It was not until I came down for breakfast and found no coffee, juice or water. I asjed why and they told me. I used water in my room the night before and made coffee in the morning. Staff was very irresponsible. They had no plan to deal with the issue. Very unprofessional.

Thick layers of dust under the chair in the suite, rusted out electric heaters. Only one garbage bin. Second time I’ve stayed here and most likely the last. Guests below and three dogs in their room that were barking loudly at 6:30am Not worth $250/night.

Definitely recommend. Found it to be clean and quiet and has a good variety of standard options for breakfast. There are places to eat within walking distance.

Housekeeping started the vacuum in the hall on our floor at 8:30am and was banging the vacuum off of each guest room door to, what can only be assumed, wake up all of the guests that weren’t up yet because ‘she was alone’ and needed to start right away. Our checkout wasn’t until 11am but we were forced to wake up and get out at 8:30am so that she could finish her job earlier. Both the cleaning staff and the front desk staff were unbelievably rude about it and felt justified to treat their guest like this. We travel often all over Ontario for our business and have never been treated so poorly. We will never stay at this hotel again simply due to the staff.
