The double room was very small and basic, but felt warm and cozy for a stay during cold weather. We stayed on 2 different nights at the start and end of a holiday using Eurostar. The location was ideal for St Pancras and Kings Cross, and the staff were happy to look after baggage before check-in and after check-out. We stayed in suite 12 (2nd floor) and suite 4 (basement). Both were spotless and the right size for a family of 4. There was a free mini bar with drinks and snacks and a separate dining area with a coffee machine. It was tucked away on a quiet street considering how close to the major stations it was. We would definitely stay here again!
