Easy walking distance from London City Airport, and excellent customer service. I really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, the comfortable exceptionally well designed room, breakfast buffet, and noon checkout. Highly recommend!

Receptionist tried to charge me a £50 “deposit” for “extras” on checkin, despite having prepaid for my room, which I found odd to say the least. Room was comfortable, though it was a little tricky to adjust the temperature. Bedding not changed though bed was made throughout the entire stay.

The carpark the hotel recommended to use, Travelodge’s, is where I parked over night. Woke up in the morning to find my van had been drilled and robbed of all my power tools. I appreciate it is not the hotels carpark but do not recommend to use unless it is safe and vehicles protected.
