We arrived quite late at night around 2am and they took a long while to open the main doors for us. It was a cold and rainy night, no apology was offered for the delay. The room was clean - weird marks on the ceiling thing. I was surprised they didn’t have robes and slippers in the doors.

We love this hotel, it’s super easy to get anywhere, the rooms are comfy, the bar is lovely, and the restaurant is a very good standard. They had an event in Soul Mama downstairs and we managed to get in towards the end. The staff were lovely, attentive and came with their own recommendations. We are going back in April for our Anniversary and booking Soul Mama with the family for a different event. I have recommended this hotel too many times.

Staff were very nice and polite. Room upgraded and found to be very pleasant and clean. Noted no clock or pen/paper in the room. No water in the fridge. The bed and bedding was a dream!! 18th floor bar/restaurant very elegant with really nice bar staff. Overall a lovely stay
