The room was lovely just felt the hotel was expensive for the area plus breakfast on top seemed expensive too and not included in the cost. I felt embarrassed when the lady approached me in the breakfast room and mentioned I didn’t pay so I went to the main desk where she called reception to be told I paid a deposit. If I’m truly honest I wouldn’t stay again as I felt it was overpriced. But a lovely hotel

This is a message for EXPEDIA When I went to check in, Gantry said that Expedia had cancelled the booking and later reinstated it. The result was I was made to wait for nearly an hour while they looked into it. I was unsure as to whether I had anywhere to stay at all after travelling all day. Please let me know if this is what actually happened! I have used Expedia for many years and have been at Gantry three times. Nothing like this has ever happened.

The hotel is in a great location for the Olympic park, Westfield shopping centre and the ABBA stadium. The hotel is modern, has a great lounge bar with a happy hour from 12 - 5pm. We would definitely return to this hotel if we needed to stay in this area again. Friendly staff, great rooms and service.
