Listing says it has heating, but that is NOT central heating - its just two tiny insufficient electric fan heaters that you cant set to a timer or anything like that. The property is absolutely freezing during winter. I asked the owner if there was an extra blanket, got told No. Some furniture is broken and rotting, there's black mould around a power socket, two mattresses in the hallway where you enter were obstructing the fire exit and blocking the fire alarm. I had to complain to Vrbo and after 90 minutes on the phone, I got a partial refund. Grossly overpriced, unsafe property.

Would not recommend. Lost power on the 2nd day of the stay due to lack of electricity credits on their meter, and it took the host over 2 hours to add more credits to it. The flat is run down and not very clean, and screws are sticking out of the floor where the carpet meets the hardwood. Only redeeming quality is the location (10 minutes walk to Shepherd’s Bush).

Very run down room with lots of damage to furniture, walls and ceiling. Bed was comfortable and checkin process was easy. Communication was very good but no care is taken of the place and a little tlc would go a long way.

Nice location. A few stains on the carpet and settee and the kitchen doors hanging off detract from the overall feeling of cleanliness. Need a bedside lamp. No spare linen or towels and 1/2 toilet roll is a bit stingy.

Good for a weekend trip to London

We found this perfect for a weekend break in London when attending an event at Wembley. Detailed check in instructions were provided the evening before our visit, and all went smoothly.We weren’t in the property long, just to sleep really. The bed was comfortable, shower hot and powerful. Lots of thoughtful extras provided, including a fan, which we were grateful for given the heatwave we had during our stay. We ate out, so unable to comment on the kitchen, other than it was clean.

Long weekend

Picture better than reality. Could definitely be cleaner, floor not hoovered, shower drain not cleaned. Wall beside bed was mouldy. Only 2 pillows and 2 small towels. No bedside lamp, screws sticking up on threshold bar. Check in process was slick, location great, communication with host good, quiet when inside. Good supply of hot water. TV worked well, WiFi was good.Can’t comment on cooking facilities as we didn’t cook, but glass stove top cracked. Limited glassware/cutlery etc.

Bonjour ce logement est très bien située, proche du centre de londres et des transports (bus) dans un quartier calme e résidentiel. Par contre les photos sont trompeuses, sales, vieux, table basse qui a un pied cassé, murs sales, cuisine sale, pas de table pour manger, mobilier vétuste, canapé tâche, moquette tachée, par contre lit très confortable, porte serviette rouillé, seuil entre moquette et parquet avec des vis qui dépasse, bref tout est à refaire dans cet appartement qui avec un coup de neuf pourrait être très sympa pour un séjour court à Londres, donc je ne le recommande pas du tout !

Good location but terribly dirty

Le logement était super bien situé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet aspect. Le logement était par contre vraiment sale. Le tapis, le divan et les coussins sont tachés. La douche présente des moisissures. Ce n’était pas très invitant. Nous avons pris les déjeuners dans l’appartement et n’avons pas pu laver la vaisselle ni le comptoir adéquatement car nous n’avions pas de linges à vaisselle. Nous avons écrit à l’hôte pour en recevoir mais n’avons jamais eu de réponse.
