A bloody good hotel to stay at.

The team was amazing in accommodating my needs and the room amazingly clean and fit for my stay. Although it made me giggle with the mirror on the four posted bed in the suite room. 10 out 10.

This quaint hotel is less than a 5-minute walk from Paddington station and the national rail service. Plenty of places to shop and eat around, and the neighborhood is quiet. If you are in London to see the sights, this is the place to base from.

Need to be updated. The beds were so uncomfortable. They sink in in the middle and the carpet was old and ripped by the bathroom. Also, the curtain needed to be changed and the a/c didn't work. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was cleaned everyday and our towels changed. I feel they charged to much for the condition of the room.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff were helpful and the room was a good base. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. It was a little tired in places but that didn't affect us.

The hotel is centrally located near Hyde Park and a bunch of attractions. It’s a cozy place but is showing its age. The AC was not working well, and in the top floor, that made for a warm night. The parking was slightly expensive, and the beds weren’t super comfortable.

We picked this hotel because of an easy access from Heathrow Airport via Elizabeth Line to Paddington Station. 4 of us stayed in a Family Room for two nights. Our room was on the 1st floor (one floor above the ground floor). Our room turned out to be a split level room with the entrance door between two levels, not recommended especially for older folks. The upper level has two beds with no space in between and a small desk. The lower level has two beds with a tiny space in between and a bathroom. A closet was on a small hallway on the upper level. The entire place is so tiny and tight to do anything. Pictures shown are a bit deceiving (different family rooms?). In any case, over $350 USD for this room is overpriced. Each level had A/C that is in a working condition (lower level was colder than the upper level). Beds were nice but that's about the only positive thing about the room.
