Once you've booked, we'll send over a quick link for you to confirm your contact details, verify your ID (passport or driving licence), and set up a £150 pre-authorised security deposit. Don’t worry — you won’t be charged unless something major happens during your stay. This is just a safety step and the hold will automatically lift 3 days after check-out.
The deposit is there for peace of mind — think significant damage or a serious noise complaint. We’re very understanding: the odd broken glass or a bit of excited chatter is no problem at all!
That said, we do have a strict no party policy. Our place is for relaxing stays, not big gatherings. If you're planning a celebration, we kindly ask that you do so elsewhere — we really want to respect our neighbours and the calm atmosphere of the building.
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am, and to help with that, the apartment has a noise monitor (it only measures volume — never records sound). If things go above 85 decibels for more than 10 minutes during quiet hours, we’ll gently check in to ask that the volume be turned down. In the rare case of ongoing noise, a night guard might be called by the building — and in those extreme situations, especially if a party is involved, the deposit could be used to cover any issues.
Lastly, your ID will need to be verified before you will be able to access the apartment. It’s quick and easy — promise!
