Staffs were friendly and nice, the room was clean. But it has been using a central air conditioning, so we were unable to switch it to fan mode, which made the room way too dry in the evening. Apart from that the hotel location is excellent, we d recommend others to stay here if they prefer to travel within the central London.

Great hotel for our one night stay. Bed was a bit on the hard side but that’s a personal preference thing and no way impacted on our stay. The room was clean and the AC was great. Sound proofing to the busy street outside was perfect. Staff were friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off early before check-in. A vert central hotel that was in a perfect location for where I needed to be and at a price that was very reasonable given prices of other hotels nearby. The queen sized bed was fabulous, although it did not leave much room around it! A great hotel for the price and location. The Z was very clean, quiet, and affordable with wonderful staff and a dining area (for a charge). It was a little basic though - a chair or two and foldable luggage racks in the room would have been nicer.
