Cook up a storm in the sleek kitchen, equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher and ample cooking utensils. Share meals at the dining table or enjoy casual chats at the stylish countertop bar stools.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located in the vibrant district of Clerkenwell, City Pavilion offers the perfect base for exploring one of London's most characterful neighbourhoods. Renowned for its rich history, striking architecture, and creative atmosphere, Clerkenwell blends historic charm with a thriving food and cultural scene. Discover nearby attractions such as the Museum of London, stroll through the lively Exmouth Market with its excellent selection of cafés, restaurants, and independent shops, or enjoy easy access to many of Central London's most iconic landmarks via excellent public transport links.
Conveniently situated, the property is a short walk from Farringdon Station, providing access to the London Underground and National Rail services. This makes it easy to explore the city, whether you're heading to the West End or further afield.
This property is a self-check-in property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
