Clean room and hotel. A very pleasant stay here. Friendly staff , drinks and breakfast buffet was faultless. Tube station outside hotel for easy convenience in getting into central London and back.

Check in was very lengthy taking so long we has to sit in bar area. However, once checked in the hotel was very comfortable, great breakfast options (my daughter particularly loved the waffle making machine) and convenient to Wembley Stadium

Great hotel !

Great hotel with a good location , a few steps from the underground, if you don’t mind traveling is the place to go, I did and it was easy to travel back and forth to the places we wanted to see. They have a buffet style breakfast every morning included in the stay, pretty good deal. There is a shopping center like 9 min walking from there also. The staff is amazing ,Gary and the midnight shift staff are the best ! Oh they also let you leave your luggage , if you get there early and your room is not ready. Thank you guys !

Nice, clean room, excellent staff especially Gary and another East Indian fellow at night shift - do not remember the name! Great breakfast, easy accessibility to tube. Area around hotel was not clean, run down and felt unsafe in the evenings!
