We arrived early after a flight and were offered an available room. Very comfortable even though rooms here are not large. Easy to get to from Terminal 4. Lobby area was nice and my IHG status got us a couple of drinks. Well appointed rooms. Everything is in great condition. Only thing that seemed to be missing was a safe.

Night before flight

The room was clean and quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The front of the house staff were helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was good with enough variety to please most. I didn’t give a 5 because the room was number 485 or. Lose to that at the very end of the hotel and every time a delivery truck or transport pulled into the area below us we got an overwhelming smell of

One day n London

Your standard hotel near an airport clean good staff easy check in easy check out I would 100% stay here again were Canadian and the east access to terminal 4 for flights to and from Canada makes this hotel the only choice for me when traveling to London not to n mention 1.5 hrs to Stone Henge and or 1.15 hrs to Diddle dee squat 😉

The property was well managed, maintained, and clean. We made this our last stop of our UK and Portugal trip. We flew in from Lisbon to Terminal 2, and took an Uber to the hotel at Terminal 4 (we could have taken the Tube, but it was late and we had a fair amount of luggage). We commuted into London on the Piccadilly and District line, which was about one hour, but very convenient. It was excellent for our trip home, because we checked out, walked ten minutes through the enclosed pedestrian tunnel to the Westjet bag drop, relaxed at the lounge, and later walked a few minutes to our gate. We’d stay at this property again!

Convenient location

Convenient location, connected directly to Terminal 4. About 8 minutes walk to the Underground(metro) or Elizabeth Line if you want to go to the city. If you need to transfer between terminals allow approx 30 mins to complete the ride. Rooms are about right for a short stay, if by any chance you need a crib you have to be on top on them, and dont waste your time requesting it before arrival since they won’t answer emails, just ask upon check in. Breakfast was pretty decent.

The whole stay from the point of check-in was excellent. Clean and spacious room. Tv remote control has no battery but replacement was sent. Only one feedback , the concierge staff should be someone that can help to move suitcases to the trolley. Sanjit was polite but insisted me (a woman on her own) to go to the luggage room to get my suitcases (I didn’t feel comfortable) and expected me to put the luggage myself onto the trolley, without any offer of help. I never had to do this at other hotels. That’s the only disappointing part ti my experience at Holiday inn express T4.

The hotel being at Heathrow was great and very convenient. The room was clean and the staff courteous and polite. However, our room was not ready until 1.5 hours after check in time. The hair dryer plug was an inch off the floor and the cord was maybe 3 foot long. Unless you’re sitting on the floor it’s hard to use.
