The room was very cramped especially when the sofa bed was pulled out it left a 20 cm gap to pass to get to the bathroom. Very little space to put any belongings. The bathroom had a funny smell ( couldn’t figure it out). The rooms were not sound proof so you could hear traffic/ sirens constantly. Rooms were very warm. Good location for the 02. When we arrived the family room we booked did not have enough towels for the amount of guests and the sofa bed did not have any bedding or wasn’t set up. After visiting reception they did sort this for us. Breakfast was bedlam! As you don’t book a time slot we arrived to a crazy dining room and found a table for 2 and added an extra chair. I spent most of my time in a queue at the buffet breakfast waiting for food to be replenished. There was lots of children getting food themselves without adults - 1 girls pressed 10 pancakes so by the time everyone in the queue got their turn it was run out! When asking if things were going to be replenished 1 waitress was very rude as she had her ear pod in!! The older manager was helpful! No teaspoons either! Overall the room was just about ok for 1 night due to location but breakfast wasn’t a great start to the day!

All fine except the air con in the rooms is broken, so the room was a little chilly. Would prefer to have been made aware at time of booking rather than a notice on reception counter. The air con / heating had not been working for some time and did not have a date for rectification.

The room wasn't sound proofed as advertised. The cleaners cupboard was next to our room and it was constantly banging closed while we were trying to have a nap before our night out. And we could hear the people in the room above. There is not enough storage space, a few coat hooks wild help. The sofa had stains on it. Need more

Air con making noises all night. Second night, air con was leaking onto the floor. Reported to reception, solution was bucket and towell underneath the air con, but was still making noises all night. So, no proper rest for the 2 nights.

we stayed here for one night as we were attending an event at the O2. We had a lovely stay and no complaints. The hotel is easily accessible via tube, DLR and bus, and the breakfast was good value.

IHG have a standard that the chain insists on for its hotel partners. Rooms are minimalist at best at exhorbitant rates. Carpets are old and stained and the shower show signs of mildew. 3 hangers in mind room for a one week stay. I requested more on 3 occasions and got 0 (zero). The budget iron and the iron board was the only perk I saw. No AC so I had to leave the window open and withstand the street noise all night. Please try to care more about your guests than your bottom line.
