Wifi only worked on an unsecure site from one spot in our suite. Also no hookup available for our electric car so we had to charge it during our journey as opposed oover night. Would have liked a complimentary breakfast but not available. Staff was friendly and very pleasant.

The staff was quick upon checkin. The rooms are going through updates which are nice. The bathrooms i am not sure if there is further renovations as they still look a little warn around tub tile floor and walls. we were on a floor where there was kid teams where kids running up and down halls screaming late and early mornings. kids moved exit door plates onto our doors, crushed chips in the hallways and must have been ice battles because it was everywhere. didn’t complain as we only one night there. areas is great for food. lots of construction out front but went a different direction to get around it. staff were nice. when we were leaving some people complaining to front desk about broken in cars. they were frustrated the police couldn’t come and not being released the footage. that was unfortunate to hear.

I was disappointed with a couple of key things; I booked the hotel because they had a restaurant as well as room service. This was important because my husband had surgery and I was alone. Well, the restaurant was closed and therefore no room service. I also booked because of the kitchenette but there was nothing stocked. No plates, silverware or pots.
