On arrival, the doorman Max was absolutely amazing greeted us had a nice showed us where to check in also showed us that we can get tickets for stadiums like Arsenal made a smile and laugh. Max the doorman was an amazing person. Had breakfast every morning the staff are very nice. They make sure that you’re okay when you’re sat down. The breakfast was very nice but the only thing that was bad was the coffee machines they only gave you half a cup of coffee and personally and I’m pretty sure loads of people would like a full cup of coffee. The Health Centre spa was lovely to steam room was nice bit too hot but it was alright. The sauna was gorgeous. The swimming pool was a bit too cold, but it was nice. The temperature just needed to be a bit higher. That’s all the Jacuzzi smell of chlorine. I nearly suffocated of this smell apart from that it was nice. I would come back again.

Not as great as usual, but still good.

Quite disappointed that for the second month in a row the sauna was out of action. When booking this hotel it is one of the main reasons. Also the bathroom was ridiculously small this time, and I don’t think the bed was king size as promised. Otherwise lovely staff and good breakfast (we missed the omelette chef though… bring him back!!!)

Unfortunately, we checked in late and the pool area and hot tub were closed. They were closed early for the Easter holiday which we were not informed and we booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. We also had to check out at 6am and the breakfast was not served until 7am because of said holiday. I mean all these amenities were not available and we were not updated so we were very unhappy with the stay. And to top it off, we were given an ADA room with a broken toilet.

We liked the convenience and access to the tube, also close to Kensington park, which provided and enjoyable walks. Close to most attractions, walkable distance. Cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Some broken nails (not ours) on the carpet even after two days of stay, sink and the bathtub were clean but quite tired around and not so clean with cracks on the tiled floor. Not too bad, but not great either.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Kensington

The room was extremely clean and the bathroom also. Comfortable bed, blackout curtains and good facilities. Comfortable reception area to wait for room/taxi etc. Staff were helpful and enough of them to be available when needed. A shout out to the lovely young lady in the Starbucks coffee bar - she went the extra mile with a lovely message or a smile written on each drink. A nice touch.

Would definitely stay here again. Big hotel, quiet (soundproofed?) rooms, windows that open, comfy bed, pillow menu, starbucks on ground floor, good food options, fantastic location. Only downside was the 'spa' - dont bother, needs ripping out and completely redoing, possibly passable for children!!

Stayed in twin room with a friend, first Room 3028 was not suitable for sharing in my opinion. The room was very small, the twin beds pushed together because there was not enough room to separate them, shower room with toilet was on the side with a sliding door about 2 feet from the one of the beds which meant the toilet was approx 3 feet or so away when sleeping or resting. The sliding door gave no privacy. I would suggest this room is a single room only because of this issue. We asked to be moved as we had a 3 night stay. The second room allocated was much better. The hotel itself was excellent other than this aspect.
