Great location for shopping and the theaters. Close to Piccadilly circus underground station. Large rooms with a nice showers a bathtub. The rooms are quite dull and bland though in terms of design anc quite dark. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was served at cakes and bubbles and the eggs royale was splendid. A big thank you to Omar who was very attentive and made sure I had a comfortable stay. My only issue was with the poor service received at breakfast - I was seated then told I had to move as my table was reserved. I waited a long time in the lobby and eventually after Omar stepped in I was seated for breakfast. I was however ignored by several staff members and was waiting a long time for any service all the while customers around me were receiving plenty of attention. Again Omar had to say something to the waitress who finally came over to serve me.

GREAT LOCATION

Staff Very helpful and friendly. Valet parking available. Bang & Olufson tv and also small screen in Mirror in Bathroom !!! also WIFI . The Evening meal was a Big Let Down!!! Location was Excellent for so many attractions, Buses and Taxis outside very handy. the old Cafe Royal Champagne Room is Original part of building its very beautiful .
