yes, the fruit was fresh and didn’t have refrigerated in room but they hold what ever you need to refrigerate. My husband medication was put on their fridge.
We realize the rooms are by nature very small, but the use of space could be much better utilized with the addition of a few more hooks to hang things on-- towels, coats, bags, etc.-- to make up for the lack of floor space. I also think there are those of us who would pay more for a larger room (we had the "superior" room and still had trouble moving around it!). A larger room at a premium price would be a great option.
Poor quality air conditioning. The receptionist/check-in staff was very welcoming. The room never got cool though 2 front desk staff said they would amend the control from downstairs but it did not get cooler.
Meanwhile no windoows
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve never stayed in that area before but we found it perfect! It was quiet and a close walk to the tube station. Will stay here again!
So this was the smallest room ever. I was very well designed but the bed was up against the wall which wasn't so good for the inner person to use the loo at night. I'd recommend for one but suggest a bigger room for two experiencing jetlag.
Really great customer service from staff especially Meera. This hotel is very walkable to Edgeware Road station and Marylebone station.
Need to pay for earlier check in time (11am) but they can take your luggage if you want to go out in the meantime.
Centrally located and convenient transport access to central London.

Great location , 2 min away from the transit station and 15 min walk from the main station . Friendly staff and great breakfast. Overall a great hotel for a city escape
Breakfast was great in the hotel but overpriced for what I ate. Overall good location when using public transit. The rooms are quite small though - and I even upgraded to a deluxe room.
Super clean. High premium bedding. Comfy bed 10/10. I’m a Germaine and this place met my standards. My room didn’t really have a window. It felt a little to enclosed. I’d stay again for one night or two.
