The up was near bus station and the picadille line that make access to all turist places em london The breakfast was good , but the same-thing everyday Down was the elevator , only one was work for 5 days that I was hospede , only 4 people inside for almost 300 rooms very didapointed 🙃

Great Value and Convenient Stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at the ibis budget Heathrow Central. The hotel exceeded my expectations for a budget option. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay especially Mrs Cuthinho. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay – a cozy bed, efficient air conditioning, and good soundproofing which made for a quiet night’s sleep, even though the hotel is close to the airport. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the smart layout of the room that maximized space. The location is ideal for travelers using Heathrow – just a short bus ride away from the terminals, with public transport access nearby. I found it convenient to get to central London as well. Overall, ibis budget Heathrow Central is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and reliable place to stay near the airport. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on future trips!

There are was just one elevator working and that too very slow and took for ever, it Took us 20 minutes to get down!! That too their reception is on first floor I went there to check the airport shuttle schedule and again from there to ground floor it was 10 minutes if I did not have luggage I would have taken the stairs!

Reception was rude

It was not good on my first point , the receptions on that day were not good , I asked them could I please have a different room as my son didnt like the end room as it say fire exit , I mentioned them but the girl was saying from Wher will I get room for you . I kept quiet , 2 girls . I understand hotel was busy but the way of saying was a bit rude . Customer service shoul be really good . They don’t even greet with a smile . Only the way she spoke was not really good .
