Clean room, quirky layout to the hotel based around musicals which made the hotel much more interesting. Comfortable large bed, and pleasant communal areas. Breakfast, although only continental (no cooked options), was nicely presented and very tasty. Staff were friendly and welcoming and happily stored my bag after i checked out.

Reception desk was a piano and about 8 people but didnt look like reception staff on first inspection but pleasent once known. Room was 3x as expensive as i would normally spend but is London after all. Toilet holder not secured, had to fix shower and was weak but hot. Only 2 milks on arrival and after restock. Yellow spots on foot towel, tv not smart. Room needed updating, wouldnt stay there again but continental breakfast was very good, as were the staff.

I was never aware that I have to pay for onsite parking at the hotel. It’s the first time in many years of being a loyal customer with Expedia, that this situations occurred. The main reason for me choosing this hotel was because of parking facilities. The hotel was blaming Expedia for being misleading. If I knew I would have chosen a different hotel or a different travel company. I believe that I deserve to be compensate for the inconvenience, as this situation impacted negatively my whole experience in London
