That was a small studio in a good place not far from the Hyde park, with small stove and small appliances inside + everything you need to make a breakfast or a diner. A lot of different stores and small restaurants around, really close to the subway station. But not the cleanest floor, broken toilet door lock, cracked walls and smoking neighbors. That's what you pay the low price for.

This place was utterly filthy and disgusting. The carpet in the common walkway was heavily stained. The unit itself looked nothing like the photos. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the paint, and sticky floors. We tried to get a refund from the manager, but never heard back. This place should be shut down!!!

Pros: - Good central location - Lots of amenities and restaurants around - Room was clean, provided extra bedding - Bathroom clean - Provided ample cups and cutlery Cons - Provided no information regarding the check-in process, I had to escalate through Expedia to get some details. No information was shared with me until an hour before check-in - No reception AND no customer service available. Was told to message through Expedia but none of my messages were responded. Tried calling the numver provided but no-one answered my calls. - Wifi provided didn't work. Had to go hunting around the property to find a Wifi box that worked - Ceiling for the double bed is INCREDIBLY low, basically have to crawl to and from bed Overall, if you're desperate and need somewhere last, which was the case for me, then this is somewhat passable if you have no issues. The lack of customer service is incredibly concerning so book with caution.

-great hotel room -bathroom shower was great, and everything was clean -all the essentials that were giving such a hair dryer,tv, kettle, microwave worked perfectly -bed is very comfortable but could use more pillows for people that want them. -no washing up liquid to wash dishes (which I think should be giving in the room. Not asking for anything expensive just something to wash dishes with) -no details on how to use areas of the room such as fans (fan did not work ,air con which didn’t work after trying to turn on -not great on replying to messages on the app -no details on how to get into room -no details on free internet

It was a fairly decent experience and great value for money. However, the lack of elevator was a challenge considering I was allocated a room on the 4th floor, the stairs were narrow and I had heavy luggage. Also, it would get hot and humid during the day, and there was no fan to offset the heat.
