The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was wonderful. The room was very average and I think the part of the hotel I stayed in was a little dated. Some minor cleanliness issues. Overall I’d stay again just in a different section of the building.

This is my third time staying here over the past few years. It is a lovely setting, staff are friendly, parking is great and it is close to the university.I would only suggest that there be complimetary robes available in the rooms for additonal comfort. I would stay here again anytime in London.
