Great property and fantastic communication and support from Hausd it’s just a shame that it’s in a really bustling area with quite a bit of noise from restaurant and refuse lorries other than that it was great. There are quite a few stairs though so if you struggle with mobility this might be an issue

Nice apartment in the heart of the Theatre District with lots of dining options. We stayed 4 nights in June and found it a little stuffy without air conditioning (heating only) and difficult to get suitcases up and down the multiple flights of stairs. Overall a great location for a weekend away when you travel light and want to see a few musicals and walk to the sights.

Good enough

Reviewing 5 stars because we have no real complaints, but we’re also not too picky. Very spacious and great value for London. Clean apartment but a little worn. Great communication from host. Very busy street, right in the middle of Chinatown next to a Chinese restaurant. Yes there’s like 70 steps up, so keep that in mind, but not a huge deal. Yes noisy at night especially on Friday Saturday night, but if you close the living room door it’s not bad. All in all good experience, would stay again.

Super and quiet apartment

This lovely apartment has been recently refurbished to a very good standard. The room(s) are spacious and clean. There’s a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower (could do with an extractor fan). The bed is comfortable and linen is spotless. Despite being in a busy part of town the place is quiet because it is behind buildings and entered across an internal courtyard. The instructions to get in are clear and easy to follow. There are stairs up to the apartment which could be a challenge for some. There are many restaurants around, which meant that we did see traps for rodents, but didn’t see any in the courtyard. It is definitely a place I would stay in again.
