The bathrooms were poorly designed so that shower water sprinkles all over the floor. I heard others asking for towels that were not in the room and I had to ask for more toilet paper because there was none.

Good value. Clean room and facilities. Nice bar & restaurant. It is on the airport hotel Hoppa bus route (once an hour). The lift/elevator for the section where my room was was not working, however the desk check-in lady did ask if I was okay doing stairs (Same problem when I stayed there a few years ago!). Will stay there again.

Although, not directly their fault, the Hoppa Shuttle was not great. It took 2 hours from the airport to the hotel (a 5 minute car ride). The elevators were not working when we arrived or the following morning when we left. We carried our luggage up the stairs.

I regularly stay. It is fairly priced, the rooms are clean and adequate. There is a bar and restaurant if you need them. Close to the airport and there are taxi's / hotel bus hopper to take you to Heathrow for a reasonable charge.

We had a short stay before catching an early flight the next morning. Everything was nice. We were a bit disappointed with the food. It was ok but nothing special for the price and was not super hot.
