The safety box was not working at the beginning. The room is small. There is no hook on the bathroom door to hang cloth, when taking a shower. Parking space is too narrow.

Stayed after picking up son from Heathrow and needing somewhere to eat and sleep Family rooom was great for us, food in eve was good and tasty, and the breakfast was also really good. All staff really polite, rom was clean, comfy and quiet. A gem of a hotel for Heathrow!

Very large clean room and bathroom. Convenient and covered parking under the hotel. Relatively easy to get to, not the easiest of accesses to the hotel by car, tight turn in and out of the junction.
