Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. The apartment is in a house of multiple occupancy and in my opinion not really suitable as a holiday let . We contacted host but didn’t get a reply until following afternoon. Needless to say we didn’t stay the night we had paid for and had to find alternative accommodation last minute which was extremely stressful due to everywhere being booked and caused additional expenses. We will be seeking compensation and the listing should be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. I have photographic evidence and a video to corroborate my findings, you have been warned

Flat is in a house of multiple occupation and the sound insulation is not that good. Flat itself is nice and the communication and service was excellent.
