Step into 2000 sq ft of modern luxury spread over two floors. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably with 3 spacious bedrooms. On the third floor, find two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms featuring rain showers and Molton Brown amenities. The second floor hosts another double bedroom with an adjacent shower room.

All bedrooms boast Vispring mattresses, memory foam toppers, Egyptian cotton bedding, smart TVs, and dual-layer roller blinds for perfect lighting control.

The living room is a tech lover's dream: a 70-inch 4K Sony TV, Sky Q, Apple TV, and Dolby Atmos sound. The open-plan kitchen and dining area serve as the home's hub, complete with a large oak table, iMac workspace, and high-end appliances like a Smeg range cooker and Miele espresso machine.

Step out onto the roof terrace from the third floor for a BBQ on a Firemagic grill, relax by the fire pit, or lounge on the outdoor sofa. Mood lighting and a heat dome ensure year-round comfort.

A trip of a lifetime in London!

Our London family vacation began with booking David’s flat.We received the most comprehensive instruction booklet that we have ever seen.When we arrived, the flat was clean and welcoming.Our sons and daughter-in-laws found the beds very comfortable.After a little sleep, they commented on how neat (cool!) the entire flat was and what a great experience it was to stay there.Great location — and two train stations.The bus stop was so close and convenient! Close to a main station & a chippy fish and chips shop.The kitchen is very large and perfect for all of us to enjoy a meal together.The terrace was relaxing and easy to access, even for people who are physically challenged.⸻The fish tank was a hit for the entire week! The grandkids loved it and were excited to find the sucker fish when it appeared. They still talk about it.We felt blessed to stay there and felt totally immersed in the London experience!The landlord was very responsive.Thank you, David!

Not as good as the pictures look.

Pictures look amazing, but not as it looks. Although the communication was good, this place is getting very tired. Says it sleeps 8, there were 6 of us but my son had to sleep on the couch. Kitchen cabinets are all banged up, bbq tanks were empty - couldn't use the BBQ or the fire table, cushions on the balcony were filthy, and lots of owner clutter. It was spacious and fit the bill however. One parking spot available, a second car is extra $$$. With a little attention, this could be a very nice spot. For the price, I think you can do better.

Everything we expected and, more.

My wife and I have stayed in VRBO properties in this general area on two other trips, and by far this property was the nicest and cleanest. On this trip we were traveling with two other couples and the flat was just perfect. David’s flat has just about everything you would need plus more. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the common areas were large and spacious. If you choose to eat in, instead of enjoying the nearby restaurants, you will be very happy. The kitchen is large, modern and has everything you would need to cook a meal. Conveniently, you will find a small market a short walk from the flat. During the day, we were all out doing the tourist thing. Just outside the gate for the property is a bus stop that will take you to and from Kings Cross / St. Pancras Stations. Within 10 minutes or so (walk) from the property, you will find Caledonian Road Tube Station. As a host, I found David extremely responsive and helpful. If I sent him a message, I could expect a response within the hour. This is a very nice property with an excellent host, and I would highly recommend staying with David. Thank you, David, for everything!

Great flat, great location

Check in was easy and David was super responsive and helpful. Flat is great and great posters all around. Location is about a twenty minute walk to Camden and half that by bus. The pub in walking distance was awesome and the food was delicious. David put together a great guide to all the nearby things we could visit. Thanks!
