Our modern ground-floor flat in a Victorian house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan lounge, kitchen, garden with terrace, and parking for 2 cars. Just 0.7 minutes from Palmers Green or Southgate Underground station, it's an 11-minute drive to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and 29 minutes to Wembley Stadium. Enjoy the vibrant area with parks, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and gyms.
The property is a 1300 sq foot modern ground floor flat in a Victorian house situated on a tree-lined residential street within the lakes area of Palmers Green. This flat includes underfloor heating in the bathrooms, lofty ceilings, and a large open-plan lounge and kitchen with all amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, drying racks, integrated microwave, oven, fridge freezer, ground coffee maker, blender, and a dining table for four that can extend to six.
