Reception made a mistake with overcharging parking twice - upon check-in with me and then upon checkout to my husband as they had failed to make a note on their system. Upon complaining no apology was ever made, instead there were excuses, delays and it was dealt with extremely unprofessionally. Would not return due to this experience.

We were booked for 2 nights but were unable to stay for the second night due to a leaking sewage pipe in the next door room which caused a flood of sewage water in the corridor outside our room and made our room smell strongly of sewage. Unfortunately the only exit route from our room, was via the carpeted hallway covered in sewage water. We have since had to throw away our shoes after having no option but to walk through it. Despite the reception being apologetic no offer of protective shoe covers were offered whilst we were vacating the room (despite the cleaning staff wearing industrial style shoe covers and wellies whilst trying to rectify the mess). The reception did attempt to offer another apartment in a different location but this had already ruined what was a short stay in London and had triggered our son who has special needs therefore moving was not possible. This was an incredibly expensive stay in London for only one night and I think a stay at the Savoy may have worked out cheaper!
