Great location for my personal interests. Near to convenient tube station with Picadilly and Central lines. Varied brekky. Kind staf. Modern. Safe. Neat and clean. Surrounded by multiple restaurants. Stunning hotel in the heart of Covent Garden

I don’t think I have ever been so sad to check out of a hotel. The rooms are stunning, service was lovely, amenities well appointed and the bed! It was like sleeping inside a giant fluffy marshmallow, can’t even explain what a wonderful night I had. I was worried about noise but didn’t hear a peep. I woke up in the pitch black thinking it must be about 5am - it was nearly 10! Great curtains. Fantastic shower too, both a rainfall head and a handheld blaster, with no worries about water leaking all over the floor. Loved the touchscreen panels for the lights and aircon. Location is also incredible, you’re right in the heart of everything. Just altogether a wonderful stay.

Definitely wasn't a 5* experience hotel. I had two more reservations for this hotel and canceled them both. On arrival at check-in staff said refreshment will be in the fridge to help myself, but fridge had 1 bottle of skimmed milk. Not a problem as I left I asked if they could fill my fridge and if they had whole milk would be great. Came back later that night and more skimmed milk and just Diet Coke where added. I wasnt too bothered as I was tired wanted to hop in the ahower then order room service. Well here is where it started going down hill fast. My shower almost flooded over and not draining properly, but i acted fast and took drain cover off. I said ill just call room service and maintenance. Well when i got out and into bed to call room service my phone didn't work to order room service or maintenance. I had a few snacks with me and made due for the night. Either way was not a great start to my 3 nights. When i went down the next day I told them about the issues and all I got we will take care of it. I expected a bit more but im not fussy and wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. Anyways will not be going back as i had reservations for 3 more nights the following week. If im going to feel like im in a 3* accommodation ill just book that and safe myself the extra costs.
