Modern, tranquil 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Mayfair. Bond Street Underground is a 5 min walk. Ideal for couples or 3 adults (4 at a push). Convenient 2nd floor location with lift. Central for sight seeing and restaurants, shops, parks & bars. Excellent travel links to explore the city's iconic landmarks . Modern open plan flat with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom and separate bedroom. Fresh linen, towels, and toiletries are provided for that luxury hotel feel.
The space
The apartment is located in a charming 1920s Art Deco building and underwent renovations in August 2022. It is fully equipped with all the essentials for an enjoyable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, a convenient bean-to-coffee machine, and a large 65" TV with popular streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Prime, and BBC iPlayer.
The sofa easily converts into a comfortable bed within minutes, accommodating up to four people if needed. There is ample storage space for clothes, and useful amenities such as an iron, washing machine with a tumble dryer, oven, microwave, and an induction hob. The kitchen also features a spacious fridge and freezer (60/40) to store your groceries.
A complimentary 2 hour clean and linen change is arranged at your convenience for every 7 nights you are staying. If more is needed, a charge of £40 for a change of linen and refuge removal.
A large walk in shower with complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Additionally, the apartment offers a cozy warmth during winter months and has air conditioning in the main living room to keep you cool during the summer.

6 Underground lines are within a 10 minute walk and the key can be collected up to 10pm every day from the store next door to the flat. Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am.
