Very close to the bus station/underground whilst also being quiet. We walked to all the places we needed to go; Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, Leicester Square, Chinatown so was a perfect location! Staff were very friendly and rooms were small but clean and tidy.

Rooms are VERY small, and only Contain double beds, despite booking a queen for more than a double Room. There was a dirty towel in our. Bathroom when we arrived, leaving us concerned with how clean it was. No elevator either, so for a hotel with 4 floors, that could Suck.

I booked Mornington but at arrival told there are issues with room and had to go to Victor instead. I was not informed prior to arrival. The check in clerk at Mornington was friendly and apologetic and help me find second hotel. The check-in clerk then was dismissive and not had a welcoming experience. Ask for help with aircon ans he never came to room. Contrast to the check out clerk Jeffrey was vert friendly. Shower gel bottle did not work. There is light coming in underneath the door from hallway which makes me think its not fire conpliant. Road noise bir bad but overall ok. Room was small as was bathroom but it was new and well decorated and served the purpose.

The rooms are very small. Only enough room to just manoeuvre around the bed and have suitcases standing. There was a lot of mould in the shower as the fan wasn’t working. Let front desk know. The reception area was clean and smelt clean. Staff were supportive with holding our suitcases before we could check in.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a little small with having to put our bags on the floor. There were no towel racks, so our towels never really dried. There is no elevator, which we were informed of prior to being put on the 4th floor. Note the 4th floor is actually the 5th floor and up 7 flights of stairs (75 steps). We just considered it part of our fitness program.

This is a nice hotel, good location to the tube, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were nice, we were upgraded to the top floor - 87 steps and no elevator! We were good with this, but something to note if you have mobility issues.

The staff were great - friendly and helpful and offered a great suggestion for coffee (The Roadting) just down the street. The only issue we had was that we had booked a “Superior Twin Room,” but when we first checked in, we were assigned a room in the basement where there was no window. I don’t think that’s even legal in Canada because there’s no secondary exit if there’s a fire. I requested a different room and they were able to move us the next day. The rooms were clean and the AC works really well but they are tiny tiny. The picture shows a gap between the beds and the nightstand but in truth there isn’t any space. Despite the size, the room was comfortable.

This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London. It’s quiet, incredibly beautiful and perfectly located - 9min walk to Pimlico station and 12min walk to Victoria. Great restaurants around. The rooms are on the smaller side but we absolutely loved it. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Bedrooms very small didn't realize no elevators. Biggest small room I have ever seen was on 4th floor. I realize some things cant be changed. But small thoughtful gestures would ease disappointment of rooms. For example upon arrival most people exhausted from travel offer a refreshment drink. Anyway should have done more research.
