Cuidado. POSIBLE ESTAFA! Beware. POSSIBLE SCAM! Me alojé en el hotel a través de Expedia, al llegar al hotel, pagué con tarjeta y también me hicieron el cargo automático en la tarjeta en Expedia. Por lo que pagué dos veces lo mismo!! El hotel se desentiende, no facilitan documentación e indica que contacte con Expedia. Expedia por su parte dice que el hotel no le facilita la factura para comprobarlo y no puede devolver nada. Ha pasado mas de un mes y no me dan solución. Así que CUIDADO, si te duplican el pago, la reserva te costará el DOBLE!! I booked a hotel through Expedia. Upon arrival, I paid by card, and Expedia automatically charged my card as well. So I paid twice for the same thing! The hotel is washing their hands of it, refusing to provide any documentation, and telling me to contact Expedia. Expedia, for its part, says the hotel hasn't provided the invoice for verification and therefore can't issue a refund. It's been over a month, and they haven't offered a solution. So BEWARE, if they double-charge you, your reservation will cost you DOUBLE!
