Didn’t get the room I booked. The check in experience was terrible as the staff was unwilling to help us get the accommodations we booked. The hotel was as advertised but the poor service negatively overshadowed everything. Very disappointing.

Short walk from Hammersmith station . The hotel and rooms were clean and the family suits were excellent. The breakfast buffet is great and definitely worth it. The staff was awesome, they worked with us to get one of the three rooms before the check in time. I would come back to this hotel if I come back to London !

The hotel is conveniently located, and we enjoyed exploring the vibrant Hammersmith area. The staff were consistently helpful, though at times the property appeared short-staffed. The dinner and breakfast package offered good value. Our only disappointment was arriving late from SFO and finding that the dining room served only pizza, which tasted more like a frozen airline meal than a freshly prepared dish. It would have been appreciated to have better options available for late arrivals unfamiliar with the area. Nevertheless, after three stays we have come to know the staff well, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to London.

Friendly, helpful staff with clean rooms. It was very quiet when we stayed, no noise issues. Good selection at breakfast. Easy to get to central London but a bit far for young kids with jet lag.

The Premier Inn is a great affordable option in the west side of London. Close to three Underground stations with four lines to choose from, as well as being very close to the Apollo arena and vast shopping options around Hammersmith, its location is perfect. The rooms are clean and sizeable and the staff are very attentive. All in all I was quite impressed as while it might be seen as a low budget option, I wouldn’t say it compromises either safety, customer experience or comfort. I would recommend

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the hallways were dirty. The restaurant was good but the wood & glass privacy dividers between each booth were dirty. We went for drinks in the lounge, and the fellow at the front desk was also the bartender. And he clearly didn't know anything about bartending or where anything was. Hammersmith Station is a block away.

Reserved months ago. We were given an accessible room. Sink level is by our knee. You have to literally bent down to use the sink. Ask for little quiet room but given room next to railway track and in the end of the hallway. Whatever ai asked in the reception upon checked in- receptionist decided to give exactly opposite. You can improve to provide the room the one booked for. Dissatisfied and Disappointed with the room.
