The safe didn’t work for a day, had to get a new one, took a full day to do that. The soap in the shower was empty, and the curtain let’s lot of light in early in the morning.

Very nice hotel but needs some up grade and maintenance to the rooms. The lobby looks 5 star however the rooms required some work. Very busy street, lots of sirens going on all day and all night. We asked for a better room and the concierge was very helpful. Improved our stay a great deal. Excellent breakfast!

The AC in our unit died on the first night. They made us check out and then check back in so that we could get a different room, which are up so much of a vacation day. And then the room that we got reassigned too also had an iffy AC.

Although Radisson's are typically great, we ran into maintenance issues. Our shower wouldn't drain and flooded our bathroom. The staff was very nice and moved us to another room, but it was a hassle to repack and move our things late at night. When we did move, the noise from the floor below us was excessive, causing us to have difficulty sleeping. They could also use more outlets in their rooms.

Overall stay was amazing, wonderful welcome at reception and had a clean spacious room. Only constructive comments to make there was an intermittent drilling sound filtering in my into my room throughout the evening which disturbed my sleep. In addition the furniture in the room in particular wardrobe door did not open very well. With a replacement required. That said, the breakfast was amazing!!!!!
