Good hotel, nice and clean. Our room was very good, nice and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice (buffet style). The hotel is around 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station. Not close to O2

Hotel is nice but don’t be fooled by google maps - it’s not close to the O2! Or at least not walking distance so not a very convenient place if you want to go to a concert or be central.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. Wild staff was excellent. The front desk managers Matthew @son of God” and the Muslim gentleman were both terrible in their different ways. I intend to file a lawsuit against the hotel because of this treatment.
