The staff were good/helpful. The room itself was quite shabby (inside large section bottom of bathroom door was broken or needed paint; burn marks all over vanity area, curtains were old) TV disappointed as no streaming options for movies- when I asked, I was told some rooms had better service and I should have said I wanted better tv options.

While it was okay, it is nothing special and the walls are paper thin. Multiple sports teams were staying there, so we did not enjoy the pool and were kept up till almost midnight with the noise

A lot of hotels give their visitors something like free coffee in the reception area not here or free breakfasts included in your stay this one didn’t so if you are looking for something like this you don’t get it here. The only day I used the pool it was really cold heard the heater went on it ! Next time I’ll look elsewhere for that something more rather than not expensive or easy to get too, I stayed here cause Ramada hotel chain every time I have stayed at one they offered breakfast, coffee or juice as part of the stay
