We had an amazing stay. We had the family suite and it was perfect for our stay..we enjoyed the pool and we enjoy the amenities are all walking distances. Pizza hut buffet and chucks roadhouse are family favorites. We also love the breakfast and dinners offered at thw clover

Pool was great! The only negative was we had lots of noise all night long of people walking in the hallways very loud. The rooms are not soundproof so even if people were talking normal in the hallway it was like they were right in our room talking to my face. (All night long) was super hard for my kids to sleep.

The staff and room were excellent. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the entry to Door 3 had individuals at the entry making it uncomfortable to use this door. As well, I received a text at 8:00 am providing a link to check out online. This woke me up. The email I received would have been the better alternative. Not sure if there is a process to identify not to receive text message

Management policy would not take a Visa Debt or cash or debt card for the damage deposit and would not allow me to check and restaurant was not open, there is a second floor but no elevator. Tv was unplugged in the room took 3 hours to get maintenance to come to the room plug it in and put there code in to get it going
