Great location, great property

The room was relatively spacious and clean with all the amenities you’d want (including a small fridge). The staff was friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again

Hotel is on the metro underground and in operation hours you can feel the vibration and sound at the lower rooms. There was no problem about other topics. Hotel was very clean and personal was helpful kindly. Close to everywhere.

The shower door is hung the wrong way and it is impossible to turn on the shower without being under the cold spray. The toilet seat was cracked.

Great hotel close to Paddington station, Hyde Park. Hop on Hop off bus is at the end of the street. We were in the basement where you hear and feel the trains running but didn’t bother us. Ear plugs were supplied. Great hotel.

Great location near Paddington station. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Bathroom was fairly new. Ours was down a small flight of stairs, heated towel rail wasn't well placed... ouch!

We reserved a Ground Floor Room and were stuck in a very small basement room. It needs hooks or bars for hanging things and room for at least 2 pieces of luggage when renting to a couple. Only one person could move around space at a time. Did appreciate the luggage storage.
