Hotel was ok, decor dated and not modern, rooms were very warm and the heating didn’t seem to adjust even when turning the temperature down. Restaurant staff told us to order at the bar then the bar staff told us to sit and wait for our order to be taken at the table, was very slow with lacking communication. The children was playing pool a the staff told us to control the children as they was in a restaurant and people will complain. Why have a working pool table in a “sports bar” if playing could cause offence. Our stay served a purpose but be will be reluctant to return.

Coffee and tea provided was sparse and no biscuits! Have more when we stay in a travel lodge. Carpets in corridors of communal areas badly in need of a good hoover. No airport bus shuttle, have stayed here before over many years and disappointed the service has been removed.

The club room was a little dated, and the club lounge underwhelming. Alcoholic drinks are only included between 5 - 8pm with a small selection of hot and cold food. Drinks only include wine and beer. Breakfast was very good and the staff ourstanding. Overall it was just ok, I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

Theses written words are an understatement. Excellent stay. Front desk staff very helpful and accomodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Mahdu restaurant is top tier in service and taste. Sports Bar makes best mocktails. Hated having to leave!
