We needed a quick layover pit spot from Heathrow and this is just a few stops down on the underground. We checked in late, slept comfortably for a few hours and left early with quick breakfast to go. The host was very helpful, communicative and accommodating.

Absolutely Fantastic!

We couldn’t fault our stay at the beautiful Skylark Hotel. The room and service was fantastic! On arrival, there was limited parking, but the lady was swift at sorting that out for us despite running around for everyone else too. We were shown our room within minutes and shown around the complex in a very friendly and professional manor. The lady ensured every need was met, even down to having nice serviettes for eating with and asking if I wanted a hairdryer in the room! Nothing was any trouble for her, she was lovely! Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, again, having everything we needed in it, and the breakfast lounge matched. The staff were very helpful during breakfast, friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious with a variety to pick from and everything was spotlessly clean. On our departure, we were greeted with the most down to earth staff member! He was happy to have a chat about our day ahead, compliment us on our kids and was just generally a very friendly, pleasant gentlemen who was very easy to get along with and speak to. He welcomed us back any time and saw us out the door with a very friendly spirit, he was also so very lovely! Highly recommend this hotel, for the room, the staff, and everything in it! Thank you! Only qualm with the facility was that the location of my room was close to the common/dining area so it was loud at night and got loud earlier in the morning. Location was relatively old but had the basics I needed and it was as advertised.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this property. The room was small, but very clean. The double bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows provided. The bathroom was equally small and clean, and both the hot water and shower pressure were excellent. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. I chose to sleep longer, rather than get up for breakfast (jet lag can be a killer!), but I'm given to understand I missed a good one! Parking is on the hotel forecourt: there isn't much of it, but it was perfect for my needs. The local underground station - Hounslow West - is a 5-minute walk away. I felt very safe walking in the area, but was disappointed at how trashy/dirty the area was around the underground station. Overall, though, this was a great stay and I would definitely both choose to stay here again, and recommend it for other travelers!

Fantastic value and loved our stay

Had a very friendly check in... lovely lady. Explained everything and showed us around Our room although basic Ideal for us.. Double bed.. TV.. desk and chair.. Plenty of sockets for charging and using your mobile devices.. Full length mirror which the wife was very happy with.. Good size bathroom ensuite.. great hot shower which is something i do like for me personally... Although near a main road and under the flight path for Heathrow..we never experienced any noise and had a very comfortable night sleep.. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but freely available to make in the adjacent kitchen/ Dining room which over looks a beautiful garden.. can do a little plane spotting here also if you want.. Certainly recommend staying here as it's very reasonably priced and in great location if traveling to Twickenham stadium.Heathrow or London as the case for me.. The hotel offers a contintel style breakfast which is more than adequate to set you up for the day.. And along with this beans and scrambled eggs are available.. beans and scrambled egg on toast for me.. Yes wouldn't hesitate in returning in the future... Fyi.. onsite parking available and ample spaces

We only stayed one night. We booked two rooms, one family and the other was a family but only one adult int he room, however the bed was a bunk bed with a double on the bottom. My brother is 6ft 3" so it wasn't the most comfortable, but he managed. Our double bed was up against a wall which I don't particularly like.

2.5-3 stars - fine for a one night short stay

Good but could have been better. Had to ask staff to turn the heating on (in February) and water was cold throughout. rooms were clean but the bedside lamps did not work (just there for decor?) which was annoying as I was suffering with a migraine and wanted the top lights off as they were far too bright. Our room was on the ground floor which was good for access, however, the doors are not soundproof and we could hear if anyone was outside in the hallway/reception area talking. The continental breakfast was standard but they did not offer/accommodate our gluten free request on the grounds that they don’t cater to allergies? This was confusing, as a business I would expect some catering to allergies/intolerances/dietary preferences. Oddly we were also asked to not eat in our rooms if we ordered takeout but to eat it in the breakfast area - which just seemed weird and unnecessary as we were an all adult group. Tea and coffee was not available in the room but from the breakfast area - and this we could take into our room (which confused us even more). Overall it was okay for a one night stay as we were attending an event nearby.
