Perfect for early morning flights!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. An excellent choice if you have an early morning flight due to its proximity to the terminal. The food menu in the bar is very limited, especially for a hotel this size. Overall though a nice hotel close to the airport.

A great stay, well worth the money as it was convenient for an early morning flight and easy access to London for a theatre show. Lovely staff and was upgraded which never happens (to us) which made the stay even better, just wished we could have stayed longer

Comfortable rooms but no power/USB next to the bed

Great location for Heathrow Terminal 5 which is connected directly to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet but they are showing their age. The rooms were clearly designed pre-mobile phones and have no power or USB sockets next to the bed.

A One Night Stay

It was just a one-night stay so that we could catch a very early flight to Rome - everything worked like clockwork - it was the second time we'd stayed at the hotel on this basis, and we'd definitely repeat it when appropriate. I cannot recommend it enough.

We rang and asked for water and it never came. We repeatedly called only to be ignored as staff are present all night. I usually have a good stay but to have no water in a bar I paid extra for was great at all.

This hotel has all the advantages in terms of its ‘within T5’ location. On this basis I use it pretty often. Staff attitude however is frequently poor, the physicals of the hotel are deteriorating over time and room cleanliness is not always what is should be. I believe it’s still rated as 5 star - do not be misled…
